Led Medallia content strategy, execution, and analysis across all channels during organization’s publicly-traded and private equity-owned stages from 2021-2023. While managing and upleveling content team, also wrote on daily basis and provided frameworks for other teams to self-produce content.



Built comprehensive keyword list — using Google Analytics and Semrush — to produce content assets supporting quarterly campaigns and ranking on first/second-page SERPs. Social media strategy set all-time and multi-year records for Medallia on LinkedIn, leading Sprout Social to produce a case study on success achieved.

Named the Leader in The Forrester Wave™ for Customer Feedback Management, Medallia completed an activation upon the external report's publication. Developed live coverage for #ForrCX conferences (Nashville, London, Sydney), video series highlighting platform capabilities, and additional materials for sales team to utilize throughout sales cycles.



Medallia was named the only Leader in this evaluation, and thus it provided the marketing team with long-term mileage to insert into campaigns and content outside of this core activation itself.

McLaren Racing Formula 1 Team x Medallia

Co-developed a multi-platform advertisement — for air on CNBC in the United States and the United Kingdom, digital advertisements, and organic social media — highlighting the McLaren Racing F1 Team's use of Medallia as Official Feedback Partner.



Ad was activated in the week leading up to the 2022 United States Grand Prix and became Medallia's #1 activation on social media in over 3 years (when Medallia went public in July 2019).

T-Mobile for Business Solution

Coordinated the announcement of Dialpad's partnership with

T-Mobile, which created an exclusive white-label solution known as T-Mobile Collaborate for business customers and also included a strategic investment from the nation's third-largest carrier.



Equipped with detailed, easy-to-use assets, sales organizations for both Dialpad and T-Mobile throughout the U.S. and international markets are prepared to sell T-Mobile Collaborate powered by Dialpad. Partnership was a major factor in Dialpad surpassing $100 million in annual recurring revenue and earning a $1 billion valuation in 2021.
